Ever since Dr. Gupta retired from this office, everything has fallen completely apart. The secretary, Nicole is extremely rude and doesn’t realize she’s in the healthcare industry. A completely miserable human being who feels entitled enough to speak about medications and treatment options with people, even though she has no medical education. Getting an appointment in that office is impossible and Nicole has no compassion what so ever to try and help at all. It’s as if she enjoys telling people in need, “No”. If you need refills, they hold them hostage and never call you back, no matter how many messages or the pharmacy leave. The PA, Matthew, who was hired by Dr. Gupta, even left the practice after he left. Dr. Gupta retired in November 20203 and they still haven’t replaced him with someone else, leaving all his patient wondering what to do. Every time you call the office for an appointment, they are booked and can’t get you in for days!! I after 20 years, time to move on.
