Made an appt for my husband. who has a hip replacement. he needs a high dose of antibiotics prior to an appt for dental work. I gave the 3rd party all of his insurance information. She was aware of him needing medication. She was aware of what he needed to be done. I filled out the new patient information ahead of time. I sent the referral over. We closed down our business. He took the medication. And after waiting a few minutes was told we don't take your insurance. This was a total waste of time. This was a mistake on the 3rd party that we will have to deal with now. This was a horrible lack of communication. Especially considering the situation with someone needing work done who has had major surgery and requires a high dose of antibiotics. We did everything we were suppose to do. This was a huge waste of our time this afternoon due to poor communication. We own a business. And even if it was a 3rd party issue WE always make it right because it's OUR name on the bu
