Mohawk Valley Podiatry

I have been going to this office for three years...My insurance company requires a referral. For the last three years, there has been no problem. This year they are refusing to fax tis form to my insurance company. I gave them a fax number My insurnce company has stated it is the speciality office to fax this info. I related this to the office staff. Still get grief. Say they don't understand why they have to do it. The receptionist was extremely rude I also asked her to leave a message for Dr DiCaprio to please give me a call regarding an incident which occurred to my husbands toe. She bascially called me a liar. I called my insurance company and they reached out to the office. They did and left a message. I do not know the outcome as I was basically told to go to another Dr. I do not feel I should have received this treatment from this recptionist and the staff..I feel they should work wth me. I do admit I got very angry. Dr. DiCaprio is great, but will never go there
