they told my husband he needed all of this testing that was covered-it was not. They make it sound like it is urgent -but it is a lie. We paid it and offered a settlement for the last 200 hundred-they agreed-I have it in writing. they cashed the check and then sent us a bill 2 weeks after they cashed it for the amount of the last bill before they cashed our payoff check. Everything that the post on 9/25/21 wrote happened to me also. Dr Frank made me get unnecessary testing and when the insurance did not pay she said "oh well" not caring. They are shysters. stay far away from them. any dr is better.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went here for a routine yearly wellness visit, aka a physical with bloodwork. Waited over an hour to get in, then when I got billed for it, all the extra things they do (hearing test, ekg, breathing test that they do here as part of it) IS NOT ACTUALLY PART OF A PHYSICAL and YOU will be billed by your insurance company because its NOT preventative. They HIDE this in the fine print in the packet they hand you apparently. To top it all off, they wouldn't discuss simple bloodwork over the phone or send me my results, so I had to make another appointment, which I had to wait 2 hours to be seen, and threatened to walk out because the DOCTOR was walking around bullshitting with everyone, and also gives outdated, BS advice that isn't founded on any facts. This follow-up visit by the way to talk 5 minutes about bloodwork for my BS advice, also cost me over 180 dollars out of pocket. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
