OB/GYN Specialties, a Division of Square Care Medical Group

Square Care took over the practice and records left with medical staff unfamiliar to patient. They make it intentionally difficult to transfer records. When you call they only prompt you to leave a voicemail if you wait until the message runs through twice, as they want you to create a Square Care Portal Account. Additionally, I am receiving emails and a number is included to call to remove yourself from texts, calls, and emails, however the number they give is out of order.

You have an appt at 4:30 you are waiting 30-45 mins just to get in the room. Sitting another 15-20 mins just for someone to come in? What’s the point of appointments! As someone who works in the field value peoples time, I’m not sitting here for free our insurance pays & we are here with an issue or to be proactive. It’s disgusting. I had class arrived early to be seen super late! Where is the professionalism. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in the room STILL WAITING !! Just ridiculous. It will be my last time coming here these weirdos fractured my daughters collarbone in 2020 & I should have been found another provider. INCOMPETENT!
