Unprofessional and not helpful
I have been with this practice (Meetinghouse Lane) for years and feel as though the staff and receptionists (at Southampton office) are not helpful and treated me with attitude every time I have called to get assistance. Like, that's your job, right? To help people? To care about people getting proper care and their health?

Came in with a stroke and not monitored. Machine attached. Started alerting. No one came in it was going off at 149/90. I kept calling for someone to do a cuff test on me.After about an hour someone came in and it was 187/91! There 9 hrs in ER. Not given fluids. Food. Took hours to get tests. Don't remember seeing a Dr. Wasn't til I started using my camera video that I was finally taken upstairs to room. And was actually asked if I had a phone !! Aides and assistants were nice. Nurses not so. Had to ask at end of day for clean bedding, fresh gown and toothbrush! Only thing good was the food oddly enough. I was actually scared to have to stay at Southampton Hospital for two nights.
