To be clear, Dr. Z is outstanding. Very smart man and good bedside manner. His physical assistant and nurse staff are knowledgeable and kind too. His receptionist is one of the rudest I have ever encountered. She always has an attitude, arrives late, and her response to saying thank you to her is usually “mmmm” or hanging up the phone. I’d be surprised if she hasn’t resulted in loss of customers. The sonogram technician is also terrible. She cannot read a sonogram that presents anything unexpected and it is physically uncomfortable when she does a sonogram.
