Highland Medical Orangetown Family Practice

I have seen many doctors in my lifetime, but I have never encountered more rudeness from a front desk employee at a doctor's office. There are plenty of doctors around, and they need to staff their office with better people if they want to stay competitive. There is absolutely no reason anyone needs to put up with such unprofessional behaviors trying to get a simple thing such as an appointment for an annual checkup. I have no problems with Dr. Noble but I will not deal with his obnoxious staff like Conchetta. I have decided to switch the doctor, and so will my family members.

If there was zero stars I would put that. I can count on one hand the amount of good experiences Ive had with this office. Whether it be in person and waiting well over an hour in the waiting room, to the rudeness on the phone from 2/3 desk workers. Concetta had Explained to me over the phone that she had a lot of work built up, along with being short staffed because of the recent Covid outbreak. I told her how I understood- I am also in health care working at a hospital. She then had the nerve to tell me that I had no idea what she was going through. My apologies to Concetta! I was not aware she was taking care of Covid patients as well sitting behind the desk taking out her stress on the patients that call about issues that should have been resolved in august, not in January. The list of my complaints about this office can go on and on, but this is the last time I will be associating with them and thought others should should know to avoid Concetta and Theresa if they do choose.
