I had the pleasure to meet the new physicians Dr.Desai and Dr.Acharya. They both showed professionalism, empathy and true concerns for my family's needs. The staff, office manager and M.A.'s continue to show a warmth that is missing in many other practices. If I had to be in a doctor's office, I am glad that I chose this one.

Horrible Service

This office changed my appointment without contacting me. No voicemail and no attempted contact. When I contacted the office after seeing on mychart my appointment was changed. The office manager (Karen) was very curt and disrespecting. She reported no appointment for the date and time of my original appointment, with no regard for my medical needs.
