Waiting 6 months for reimbursement

They overcharged me by $1,200 and I've been waiting over 6 months for my reimbursement. Countless hours on the phone with them, they keep giving me the run-around. I need the money for my hospital bills and medicine. This is despicable and they should be ashamed.
