Quick Med Urgent Care

Two nights ago I brought my two year old son to QuikMed Urgent Care. He had a really bad cough that got much worse that night and it sounded strange, like honking. His breathing was also much louder than usual. Multiple times he coughed for several minutes until he vomited. QuikMed was open until 9pm and my son and I were in the waiting room by 8:35. A woman came out and told us they are closing. I did not know who she was at the time, but I later found out she was Milly Smith the owner and Chief Physicians Assistant of QuikMed. She was very short with us and refused to take even a quick look at the poor little guy. She told us to come back in the morning, but it was the night that we were worried about. We really just wanted to know if what he was going through was normal or was it an emergency. Why advertise your business as open until 9 if you refuse to see patients in the last half hour? All we were looking for was a little bit of kindness and guidance and we received neither.
