ENT and Allergy Associates - West Nyack

Dr. Rhee is very disrespectful of elderly patients! When our over 90 year-old parent needed follow-up because she couldn't breathe through her nose, on top of having post-nasal drip, excessive flem and coughing spell issues, Dr. Rhee had his assistant admonish us to, quote, 'Take the (the patient) to an ER!'--even though this was an established patient he had seen before! ER's are no place for vulnerable older people who need specialized ENT care, as they could be exposed to a host of diseases for the hours they're there---on top of the hours waiting to be seen between heart attacks and other emergencies.Our elderly parents and grandparents deserve compassionate treatment and professional care by their otolaryngologist, not to be disregarded by this practitioner as if their lives and well-being have no value!
