Over many years with the provider they failed to interpret tests correctly, dismissed chronic complaints that were easily diagnosed by a specialist, seemed uninterested in following even basic care needs - wanting a specialists when other PCPs routinely provide care. From a patient were not timely in responding to medication refill requests, had long wait times in office and I observed them dismissing legitimate concerns from patients (E.g arguing with an older couple, one of which had been hospitalized and was trying to get any follow-up at all).
