The Office Management for primary care is rough. They are condescending, tough to get ahold of, and extremely rigid.This office is a pure money grab. They do not offer any reminder calls, texts, or emails, in the hopes that you miss your appointment and they can hit you with a no show fee.It is honestly the only doctor of any type, including dentists, that I have experienced that do not offer a reminder service. That tells me they do not actually care about their patients, everything is purely a business transaction with them. I recommend staying away from them.

I see a pain management doctor and neurologist every 3 months and have never seen a nurse group there at 400 International Drive. A number of doctors in different fields work there on the second floor. There is a general family practitioner group (I believe) on the 1st floor. I was there for 2 appointments in December and have not seen any reference to a nursing group that I know of. Maybe there's a back door with another practice. The directories in the lobby don't reference a nursing practice. If the situation is otherwise please let us know. The medical group has gotten better about answering the phone, and the practitioners there are well-regarded as experts in their field. The front desk is always staffed by two knowledgeable and helpful persons. They run pretty much on schedule. I have no complaints. They have a good number of fields covered. Overall, I am quite satisfied. ENJOY YOUR DAY!

The disrepect with with being told I have to pay out of pocket for care I am disabled with insurance which one do you want or are you looking for insurance from the past of 2018 when workers comp ended like it should matter were I would have to relive the past .. but be in the future ..it's you that should catch up !

The practicioners are OK. That's not the problem. The problem is NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. EVER. AT ANY EXTENSION. No matter what option you choose on their phone menu--- no matter the department, division, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Good luck if you have a timely medical question or need to speak to a human being. Absolutely awful medical practice. They bump you from person to person not knowing your case or what is going on. Very rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about you or your health. Several errors on your chart and record. Impossible to get a answer from. They have no knowledge of healthcare. Just for profit. Please stay away from this nonsense practice. Disgusting.
