Sleep Medicine Centers of W New York

I have been a patient of Dr rifkins for well over 5 years. I think the office is great however after the way I was treated today I won't be going back. I went in for my appointment today which I thought was at 12:30. However when I arrived I was told my appointment was at 12 and I was more than 15 minutes late so I had to reschedule. Fine no big deal I had 6 appointments today so I'm not surprised I messed up the time on one appointment. I made another appointment for tomorrow at 1pm, however the person who gave me a ride to my appointment said it is not possible for her to bring me back. Being responsible I called the office immediately immediately to let them know. Once I said who I was the phone went dead. I thought it was an accident so I called back three times only for the phone to be picked up and slammed down. How very unprofessional. I'm very sadden that I was treated this way as I've been a paitent there for several years and really love the nurse practitioner.
