Service providers don’t listen to patients as she prescribes same medication that I told her was ineffective. Staff does not sent in scripts to pharmacy in a timely manner or check portal so problems with medication orders can be corrected immediately. I informed providers immediately of problems with medication order and was ignored. They say the have teams and triage but neither will work to solve problems.Lied several times to say medication orders were sent to pharmacy when they were not. Eventually and late after several phone calls to practice did pharmacy receive scripts. When RN promised to send correct order to pharmacy; she did not! Instead the only order the pharmacy had was the incorrect one.Office manager did not return phone call. I found this practice be run very poorly and did not meet patient needs.
