Austin Park Dental

My husband had a dental emergency on a Saturday. He is a patient at Austin Park, so I attempted to call their emergency line 3 times in 24hrs. After the 3rd call, I didn't receive a call back, but a text stating 'Emily, yes, received calls but unfortunately we are out of town until Thursday morning. We are unable to call in pain meds as well , if you are able to find someone Monday I would try and secure an appointment.'This text would have been very helpful after the first voice-mail I left on the emergency line. Now I know that they received the messages, but didn't bother to help us and give us the guidance we were desperately needing.I never asked for pain meds because my husband had already gotten some from the emergency room (that he had to go to because we didn't know what else to do).We found another dentist to help us in our time of need.I will not be back and recommend to all reading to never go here.
