Communication was sporadic and difficult. They are extremely disorganized and kept calling me looking for a completely different person. I had to badger them for an appointment. Our doctor was great and the only positive about dealing with this place. But then she had surgery and never came back and no one told us. It wasn't until my son nearly ran out of his medication that I realized we hadn't heard from them in a while. They completely forgot about us. I scheduled with the new provider and got him scheduled for therapy finally. The new provider was in ok, but I wasn't crazy about her. The therapy appointment was supposed to be telehealth but the day of the appointment we couldn't log in because it was listed as an in person appointment. I called and no one answered. Eventually they called me to see where we were and told me that the therapist we were scheduled with wasn't licensed in our state. That should have been double checked the day they made the appointment.

Extremely unprofessional and very pushy. You can clearly see based off of just a few conversations that all they care about is money and not actually helping people.
