Dismissive
As a new patient, I arrived on time and waited to see the nurse practitioner. She had not seen my medical records and with zero evidence doubted a blood disorder I have lived with for many years. I felt I had to prove my condition in order to receive the medication I need for it. She was so snarky about it that on my labs she even made a comment that my levels were not low, suggesting I don’t have the disease. That was because I still had medication in my system. Today I was supposed to have my physical and I overslept. It was an accident, and I called to apologize and reschedule. I was told she’d decide if she would keep me as a patient and call me next week. I’ll find someone else. Her behavior is concerning.

I called 15 days before my international trip, to renew my prescription never heard back, 4 days before my trip called my pharmacy they told me you out of refill call your doctor, I called doctors office told me doctor need to see you, I do not have time (4-5 hours to spent at waiting room) , dang right I left without my meds, seems like doctor Michelle Peeden and staff do not care about patient, and on the phone the rude lady told me we told the pharmacy you need appointment like its the pharmacy job to call me and tell my doctor needs to see me. she (rude lady) tried to blame it on the pharmacy .
