Dedicated Senior Medical Center

My significant other went to Dedicated for about a year, if that, and has had the worst experience seeing a physician. Period. He would rather have gone to see a Vet, in his words. First he was told he was going to see Dr. Joy Marshall and was told, on his very first visit, that he was seeing a completely different dr. Dr Robert Coleman, who was more like a drill sergeant than a dr. He now sees Dr. Margaret Bigg. She doesn't have the best bed side manner, talks down to you, and thinks she knows more about what's going on in your body than you do. After seeing her for months and months she just yesterday realized he had Parkinsons. He was out of insulin for about a month before she was willing to call it and other medications in. The man in charge of insurance is allowed and has changed insurance without a word to us. Dedicated needs to clean house and find real doctors, not band-aid docters, maybe thats why there's only 2 MAYBE 3 other people in the office when we go.
