After receiving an EOB that was different from what I paid. I called Delta Dental for an explanation. Come to find out, Premier Dental owes me a whole $.40. Following the conclusion of my inquiry mine & my son's dental appointments were cancelled noting a shortage of staff. This occurred at the end of Dec 2022. It is now 08/24/23 & no one has reached out to reschedule our visits. This appears to be retaliation of me asking questions about what I paid vs what they billed my insurance. There are a couple other situations that have happened, that I will not disclose on this platform. However, it involves the integrity of their work.
