Scam alert!!!!!!
An optional $35 retinal scan has now been made a mandatory requirement to stay a patient with them. My daughter told me they made her pay it I didn’t believe it till I went today and they told me that if I wanted to remain a patient that it was now going cost me $35 out of pocket because insurance won’t pay for it. Guess why it isn’t paid by insurance, it’s because it isn’t needed. This place has become money hungry and has lost a whole family because I refuse to allow them to do this to my family. There are too many options out there to deal with the greediness of this place go somewhere else. The quality of glasses has been dropping steadily over the years anyway. My glasses broke several times until I finally ordered another pair from an online glasses maker. Do not give these people your hard earned money. If it was medically necessary it would be covered.
