They only charge physical therapy for the appointments. Our insurance has a limited number of physical therapy visits and chiropractor visits. There are codes for each. The office manager is rude, interrupts, and refuses to code and charge for the visits properly. This is my husband's chiropractor. My chiropractor charges correctly for my visits. Should my husband ever have an injury, he will not have the physical therapy visits he needs to recover. The out-of-pocket expenses for physical therapy are much larger than a chiropractor visit. Regardless of how good the doctor is, overcharging and misusing the insurance we pay for is unacceptable.
