Awesome Doctors, horrible office polices

My daughter sees several (four) different physicians within the network. Each doctor is absolutely great, very knowledgeable, caring physicians. The Fairborn location is the absolute worst office to deal with of ant practice I've ever encountered.. Hold time up to 20 minutes to make an appointment, IF you can even get to a live person. Often you have to leave a message, severe lack of communication. Patient care on the front end is NOT a priority. Only stay with them due to the exceptional doctors. The Far hills office stall and office procedures are outstanding.
