I have gone to Urgent Care several times for sinus infections and have always been treated with great care. I’ve never had to wait a long time to be seen.

A 6:50pm appointment was made and all paperwork was done online. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait in my car until they called me. Others were waiting, too. Because the doors were locked at 8pm, I could not contact anyone as to how much longer it would be. After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes, I left. They need to change their appointment slots if they cannot handle the number of patients. I don't want to hear there are staffing issues either. If you don't have staff, adjust your appointment schedule so patients can't sign up every 20 minutes.
