Lack of communication

The office and providers are fine if you only need to be seen for an annual physical, though you will most likely find that your appointment will be rescheduled each year leading up to the appointment. I experienced no follow up communication from any provider or nurse after scheduled testing, neither written or phone. The only way to receive information after testing is to be scheduled and billed for a visit. The office also changed my PCP without my knowledge or desire.
