Refused to do biopsy

My father has suspicious lesions which could be indicative of metastatic cancer and they set up appt for 2 months away. Then they call and say doctor refuses to do the biopsy because my dad is too old. 89 years old. Seriously?? You just let someone die because they are too old for you to care for? How inhumane.
