Won't return patient calls
I found a lump in my breast and called them 2 days in a row to get paperwork sent to the specialist that does mammograms and ultrasounds. Both times I have had to leave voice mails and not one call back. Do they not understand how scary this is for someone? How dare they make you wait like this! I cannot have these tests done without this paperwork.
