Kettering Health Medical Group Primary Care - Far Hills Ave

I really like my doctor and his medical assistant but the practice is horribly run. Forget trying to get a sick appointment--they will offer you something weeks away. We don't even try anymore and just go to Urgent Care when we're sick. I needed an urgent appointment that couldn't be addressed at Urgent Care so I scheduled through My Chart. The person who responded to me got me something for the next day but when I got there I was told they had scheduled me with the wrong provider and wouldn't see me. Then they offered me an appointment five weeks in the future. The front office staff person I was talking to was very rude and had zero compassion for my situation. My doctor used to work for a different practice but switched to this one and it has been a huge pain in the rear to see him ever since. They feel like a factory that just shuffles patients in and out without any actual concern for them.
