Allergy Immunology Associates

Dr. Jhaveri is a great, caring and compassionate doctor. However, the staff at Immunology Associates is absolutely atrocious. They will not call you back. The receptionist/secretary is extremely rude, definitely the worst office staff experience ive ever had. On several occasions I have called to have someone answer the phone and say "not here bye" or "doctors are out bye" and hang up. This is very frustrating and takes away from the quality of doctors at this office. More often however, calling will take you straight to voicemail and calls are never returned. When you speak to the staff about it they act clueless as if they never got them. Same thing with emails, they are never answered and the staff acts like they never got them. I have verified multiple times that the email is correct and they magically get my "test" emails but don't respond to real emails asking simple questions. It doesn't matter how great a doctor is if you cannot reach them or you have to go through rude staff.
