The Front Staff -Office Manager needs Training
The front office rarely answers the phone and screens calls to voicemail instead of helping people. The office manager is very rude and interrupts when you talk to her and is not receptive to constructive feedback. Her name is Lori. This office is in desperate need of phone etiquette training and a new office manager. If you express any concerns she says maybe this isn't the right practice for you instead of looking into the poor patient experience. She also mentions that she is the highest person in the practice so what she says goes. The partners of the office really need to be made aware of how bad the customer experience is getting.
