Rude and uncaring

He was very arrogant and uncaring. They refused to see me after I was having a hard time with his diagnosis and failed the first time. They refused to see me a second time and banned me from making another appointment. In my opinion he is in the wrong profession. I am a senior citizen and have never in my life experienced such an unfeeling and rude doctor. I went for help and received none.
