No Compassion

My 71 year old mother sat crying in severe pain in the waiting room with an eye emergency for 35 min past her apt time with ZERO care, concern, acknowledgement or compassion from anyone. When we finally said something to a Dr. who we were able to catch chatting with receptionists; my mother was able to be seen and immediately numbed to relieve her excruciating eye pain in less than 30 seconds. Just another Eye Center who is clearly more concerned about money/profits than they are with their patients. The worst part is even if Dr. Marra or the other staff sees this review; nothing will change because they care that little about people.
