Rude and incompetent
It took me 3 weeks and numerous calls to get a prescription filled. And when I finally got it, it was thanks only to after hours nursing staff and on-call doc. Cheyenne, the office manager (?) was the most rude, passive aggressive, childish person I’ve encountered. I wouldn’t recommend this place or any CHCI location to even my least favorite person.

An insurance covered routine health check turned into a $40 visit because the doctor asked about my prescription supply. The explanation was that this in an effort to keep me from coming back for a separate visit to check on my prescriptions supply. After the health check questions, which includes about my prescriptions, additional questions were obvious and unnecessary. This was nothing more than an up charge because I signed a waiver allowing them to do it. This is the second and last time Community Healthcare will charge me for no actual service.
