Once again, even with visiting another Northstar due to remodel at my regular location, the comfort level felt upon arrival and the care and concern for my emotional or physical comforts were met with a genuine friendly demeanor by all employees. Cara was such a joy to meet and I left without any fears or concerns about my upcoming crown needed …she was so cheerful and attentive! Also, they haven’t “pushed” the necessity of my next procedure but instead carefully monitored the tooth over time and when it was determined to be needed they discussed everything with me thoroughly. I feel quite comfortable with how they will treat me during what could be a somewhat stressful next appointment but I know they will offer me whatever I need to make everything go smoothly. I highly recommend Northstar Family Dental! I have been a patient since I moved to Westerville in 2018.

I visited Northstar Dental Polaris Ofiice because I was in pain. Dr. Sheikh quickly identified my problem and referred me to periodontist for bone grafting. Dr. Zavarella did his part and I am not in pain anymore. Big thanks to Dr. Sheikh and Dr. Zavarella for their highly professional help!!

My complaints as a patients were unfortunately not heard. I would like to entrust my healthcare in providers that will hear me and help when I am making a reasonable request. I will say, that office staff is great! I will miss them because I am changing dentist!

Love working with the staff at Northstar Family Dental - front desk is always so helpful. I get a thorough and comfortable cleaning and always feel that Dr. K takes time to review my medical options and answer my questions. My kids and I love it here!

Staff is rude and pushy, if they're questioned you're very much made to feel in the wrong, and treatment being recommended that isnt needed.

The entire staff treats patients with kindness, courtesy, and efficiency but without making anyone feel rushed. My wife and I are new to the area after our 21st relocation. My first cleaning appointment was the most thorough examination I can recall anywhere, and I turn 76 this year. I highly recommend Northstar. and my wife loves it too!

Had to have a crown put in and it fits perfectly! Didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure and felt completely natural once in. Also, their staff and billing folk are very friendly, professional and easy to work with.

From the minute you get into the office you're treated like an old friend. Everyone is happy, thoughtful and AMAZING at their jobs. They use the most up to date equipment so I feel that I'm in capable hands with my dental work (I need a lot) which includes their front office staff that checks you in and out quickly and efficiently.

I've never had to wait long, the entire staff makes you feel welcome.

Loved this dental group! Highly recommend. Nice office, staff, and modern equipment. Very thorough exam and staff enjoys getting to know their patients. They had the opportunity to recommend/sell me items or refer me to a specialist and did not. Said it didn't make sense at this point in time. I cannot get answers about billing. I feel like I was bummed rushed.

Everyone from the girls at the front desk, the dental hygienist to the dentist were awesome! They were very friendly, accommodating and explained everything they were going to do. The office is so clean and has a nice atmosphere. A neck pillow and warm blanket were provided when I had some dental work that required me being there for a bit of time. They checked with me several times during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this dental office to anyone of any age. Dr. Coughlin is the BEST!

Love this dentistry office. Everyone was extremely welcoming and I felt right at home. My hygienist made sure I felt comfortable and that all of my concerns/questions were addressed. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful; appointments always start on time which is not typical of my experience with health care providers; never any trouble finding appointment times to fit my schedule. I appreciate the outstanding service and professionalism.
