Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes to speak to anyone on the phone, have the nurse on call hang up on you after that wait, then be told there are no appointments for sick kids for the next 2 weeks so would you like to wait and come in then? Or go to an urgent care far away that will see a child? Totally ridiculous, worst pediatric office I’ve ever visited. These were not isolated incidents, this has been my experience any time I’ve needed to speak to anyone or make an appointment over several months.
