Dr. Winchester has always been kind, but her staff is horrible. Multiple times I have tried to call (for different questions/refills) and have gotten no response, no call-back, nothing. This time I waited for 2 weeks before trying to call back again. The receptionist that answered (who never told me her name) was rude and gave the impression that I was wasting her time. As I was talking to her and telling her the situation, she kept talking over me and wouldn't address my concerns. When I asked to get a call back from the doctor, she kept skirting around it; finally, I asked if she was refusing to let me speak to the doctor, and she said "the doctor's don't make personal calls". I have been looking for a new doctor well before this happened, but this interaction really sealed it for me. If you want a practice that will address your concerns in a timely manner, call you back, be respectful and professional, or show empathy and understanding, this is not it. Horribly disappointed.
