Hometown Urgent Care

I came to hometown urgent care in Boardman Ohio because my doctor couldn’t fit me in that day and I didn’t want to wait and suffer over the weekend with a sinus infection. I was in and out of urgent care relatively fast and they would call in my antibiotic prescription. I waited with great anticipation for the phone call from my pharmacy that my medicine was ready. The call never came so I called them instead. They never got the script. The pharmacist actually called around for me to try to figure out what had happened.Well what had happened was, whoever skimmed my documentation called it in to Walmart, but I clearly wrote Walgreens. So I had to unnecessarily suffer for another day due to someone else’s incompetence and carelessness. I’ll never go back unless it is a last resort. I will drive two towns away instead. And everyone I know will be warned of their unsatisfactory form of service.
