This place is a joke

The doctor is rude and acts like he doesn't believe a word you say. He's acts like everything wrong with you is your fault. It's been almost a month and I still haven't had the MRI done. My migraines aren't any better the medication he gave me haven't helped at all not to mention none of them are for the pain caused by migraines because I guess he thought I didn't need that. I have tried calling his office to get something for the pain but the calls all go to some stupid call answer service and I'm never able to get through to the actual office its ridiculous. I'm currently figuring out what I have to do to switch to some one that will actually listen to me, answer the phone and help me get better because this place is a joke
