Dr Chorley at Axis Health in Bixby is brilliant but his office, the system there, his nurse, and the communication process is intolerable! I can handle waiting a couple of hours to see the doctor, but NOT these issues! I'm having to walk away from a doctor that probably saved my sanity, if not my life, simply because of these issues. I was up all night over the stress of knowing I had to contact them with a question! My condition just doesn't give me the energy to continue. The portal is not appropriately utilized so I have no idea as to the status of any promised referrals, his nurse insists on making an appointment to give a status. Trying to follow up on a throughly discussed letter within 24 hours of an appointment and Bailey in insists that I must make another appointment! So I wait and call back the following week, Still being told 'make an appointment'.This is repeatedly the issue with ANY information, follow up, or communication.
