Billing is awful
Do not visit the the OU Breast facility in Edmond. Their new billing department will change your appointment type without talking to you first and bill for more costly procedures. I called, confirmed my appointment , verified what I would be charged and then received my bill which didn’t match what I was told. I have proof of their bait and switch and I was offered a lousy 20% discount which is still hundreds more than I was quoted. I’m so disappointed and so tired of being taken advantage of by insurance. Their doctors were so kind and comforting and then billing ruined it. I will not be returning and will not be recommending them.
