Call to schedule injection

I am supposed to get a back injection 14 Nov and no one called me the day prior to schedule. I called the office 13 Nov at 1330 to inquire about my procedure and the young lady stated I should get called after 330pm. It's now 719 pm and nothing. I feel that is very unprofessional and discourteous since I have to take time off from my job as well as my husband. If I couldn't get the injection I would have understood. One phone call is all it takes.
