Office manager so rude they should have fired her
If I could give them zero stars I definitely would. Save your time and energy and go to OKC and find a good dentist. I’m mind blown they have a 4.5 rating. They left cavities in my daughters mouth and never fixed them and asked her every single time if she wanted her tooth pulled regardless of what I had to say.. no child is going to agree to that. When I called to have her records pulled the office manager yelled at me and was so incredibly rude that I’m mind blown they are still in business. I don’t usually leave reviews but everyone should know what they are really like. I’ve never in my life been yelled at and talked to like that from someone at a business before. Front desk were nice, that’s the only reason I would give them a 1 star.
