'Whoops' is not a word you want to be hearing from soneone holding a laser to your eye.They had no idea who I was when I came in for my appointment. They were trying to shuffle me back to my primary doctor.There isn't a pair of forceps in the whole building. I have nystagmus (involuntary eye movement) and during imaging of the eye you must hold very still.Well my eyes don't remain still and these people have no means to deal with that. Literrally they have no equipment and no experience with nystagmus.They just repeatedly told me that, 'whoops, you moved we have to start over.'I had to leave with imaging and MRI incomplete. I was talked down to as if I did not know about expectations.With all due respect, I have lived with nystagmus and cataracts all my life. I know more about my eye condition than they do. I know what to expect but Dr.Yang was discouraging.I will not be going back
