Southwestern Pediatrics

So my son has been a patient of Dr. White for the last 6 or 7 years. When she left LCHC the care went way downhill. So my son ADHD. There are times that he is on his medication, and there are times that we just go cold turkey. This office does a really poor job of following up with things. The pharmacy would send them prior authorization forms, and they would say that they never received them. So I would keep calling to check on the status of things. I promise that by the time the prior authorization was sent to the insurance company the script had expired. It happened like clockwork. So one day I called and I was telling them like hey I don’t want to have to wait another 3 weeks to get this back. The nurses are very rude there. They of course blame everyone else. Her nurses went back to tell her that I was complaining about the insurance company not wanting to pay for the name brand drug. Dr. White then told me that if I wanted him to have the name brand drug then I would have to pay
