I have never in my life experienced a level of unprofessionalism. This office has been trying to send me a bill that was never supposed to be my responsibility. After 10 months of continuous communication on my part, still nothing was done about the bill. After being hung up on, told “I’m not going to argue with you”, had a provider literally fall asleep in front of me, and the office staff is truly not capable of treating people like human beings. Do not go here and do not give this building any of your money, they are there to get your money and that is all.

I do think that Dr. Ferguson is a caring doctor, however, the staff ruins this experience for my family. WHEN we do get testing paperwork back (the doctor is very backlogged), we won't be back and are sharing about our experience with all that we know.
