Midtown Women's Center

This is all new to me, so I walk in having no clue what im doing. Carrie the receptionist speaks to me as if im stupid for not knowing what to do. She was extremely impatient with me. I tell her im waiting for a lost ID, and I have pictures of my insurance but no physical copies. Highly annoyed she tells me upload them to mychart but doesn’t even tell me how or where. Im stressed at this point, struggling to find the places on my phone, and she starts to rush me. Asks me if im done yet in the rudest tone. I even hear her talking about me to another worker about how they’re waiting for me and im late. I got there and didn’t know where to park, wasn’t sure how to get in the building either. This is all new to me.I called to tell them this yet nobody answered and I was on hold. Then the other receptionist saw how I was being treated and kindly helped me and directed me. Carrie also failed to mention to me that the doctor was out for the day and I wouldn’t be seeing her.
