Fine service, billing is ridiculous.
Doctor side was fine, billing was a huge hassle.Bill comes in mail (no option to pay online).Call. Phone tree goes to queue, voicemail answers.Leave message.NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK.Another bill comes. Rinse & Repeat.Multiple calls. During hours, after hours, multiple voicemails. I even called yesterday evening after getting a threatening letter, left a voicemail. Finally today, got a human after multiple calls and attempts to try different extentions. 'Oh well I never got a voicemail on this extention.If you need to pay a bill, don't follow the bill that comes. Google for the right extension and try and get a humor directly.Not even an apathetic apology when told how hard it was to pay a minor bill.Do not recommend. I don't know if I have ever written a negative review, but this was just such a terrible experience.
