Incompetent Front Staff
First two appointments went fine. Next appointment the front desk staff at both locations were incompetent and unfriedly. We were given wrong address and wrong doctor. Total waste of time. First incounter people need to be trained better. I will go elswhere.

Deaf ears
What a complete waste of my time. I told the call taker one thing and when I got there found out almost an hour into the appointment, the call taker got it wrong. Geez. Then they wanted to dilate me. What I was there for didn't need that but even after I explained why I came they still wanted to do it. No. I can have my other records sent over but I didn't need another dilation this year. Why won't anyone listen. Won't be coming back. I went there for help and got deaf ears.
