I know that this is a great clinic and I am an established patient. However, I was late 10 minutes for my appointment. I tried to call but was put on hold. As I checked in, I was told I would have to be rescheduled. There was 1 person in the waiting area. I’m always resigned to wait on the doctor but don’t be late for an appointment.
